RVG TRAILER PARKING

     We usually arrive 15 minutes before the reservation time and park curbside. Approximately 60 feet is required to park the trailer on relatively level ground for our electronics to work properly, clear from neighboring driveways (unless given permission to block) and fire hydrants.  The safety of your guests is top priority.  We DO NOT PARK our trailer into driveways or dead end roads due to the required turn span limitations, for safety purposes and time constraints, unless prior arrangements are made.   When pulling forward, the road or driveway needs to have a wide and clear entrance and exit (min. 25 feet), otherwise a wide cul-de-sac is acceptable.  Please check with town officials to see if permission will be granted for us to park in a "No Parking" Zone.  If you do not meet these requirements... please discuss with us your options prior to booking your party.  

 

CONFIRMATION

     It is important to confirm your event with a payment right away with Gear Dragon Entertainment (GDE).  We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Debit, Check, and Cash.  For your convenience you can pay for a Rolling Video Games party by clicking on the red "CONFIRM HERE" button at the bottom left of the invoice which will direct you to our secure site to enter your credit card info.  Partial payments are not accepted online, therefore contact our office to make alternative payment arrangements.  Until you have been confirmed, anyone else can book this time slot.

 

     GEAR DRAGON, LLC will appear on your credit card statement.  Please make checks payable to  GEAR DRAGON, LLC.

 

INVITATIONS

     Upon confirmation, we will mail your invitations or you may request

a digital invitation.

 

GAME COACH

     We will provide two Game Coaches (only one for parties under 12 players) to supervise your guests inside the theaters.  

 

5TH STATION

     Please advise us if there will be more than 16 children.  You can opt to use the fifth station to accommodate an additional 4 guests for an additional $50 in GDE Parties, otherwise we charge $10 per child over in our RVG trailer. 

 

     Please note, food and drinks are not permitted inside our Video Game Theaters.

 

REFUND DISCLAIMER for GDE

     In the event we are unable to come out to your event due to extreme inclement weather you will be fully refunded if another date can not be coordinated between the parties.  Otherwise, we come out rain or shine, so you are unable to cancel due to regular rain or snow.  NO REFUND in the event of reservation being cancelled within 14 days of your event for any other reason. GEAR DRAGON, LLC will make every effort to postpone your event with a $100 fee should we need to reschedule.  If we drive out to your location and find that there is not adequate space and you have not met the requirements listed above, you will be refunded all but $100.00 to cover costs of labor, time and travel (plus any additional travel costs).  In the event of generator failure and no other way to power our equipment, you will only be refunded for the time we could not provide you and your guests video game usage.  You will be refunded $25 per 15 minutes.
